Sometimes a lawn is beyond repair in which case replacing the turf and starting again is the best option. Here we see the early stages of turf removal. |

| New soil is imported and the site graded and levelled. |

| After raking to a fine tilth the lawn is overseeded. |
|
|
| Six weeks later the lawn is thickening up and ready for it's first mowing. |
|
|
| After eight weeks the lawn is established and can tolerate footsteps. |
