Here we see a new lawn. The site has been levelled and raked to a fine tilth. Using a good quality seed with a mix of fine sand and granular fertiliser the first shoots are just appearing after 2 weeks with regular watering. |

| Now, just 2 weeks later the grass is becoming established. |

| Six weeks after sowing the lawn is now ready for it's first mow. It will continue to thicken over the first two seasons. |
